CCTV & Security Service Areas in Kent

We are a mobile service-area business covering Kent. That means no staffed shop to visit — we come to the property, which is the only place a CCTV system can sensibly be planned anyway.

Below are the twelve towns we are asked about most, grouped roughly by where they sit in the county. If yours is not listed it may still be inside our normal working area, so it is worth asking.

North West Kent

Dartford and Gravesend sit on the London fringe, and the work reflects that — a mix of commercial units, warehousing and distribution premises alongside residential streets and newer housing developments.

The Medway Towns

Medway is a large, densely built catchment covering Rochester, Chatham and Gillingham. There is a wide spread of property here: terraced and Victorian housing, retail parades, industrial estates and riverside commercial sites. We list the towns separately because customers search for them separately.

Mid Kent

Maidstone is the county town and our busiest single area. Demand runs across the whole range — town-centre retail and offices, business parks, and a large surrounding area of villages and rural properties where lighting and cable runs need more thought.

West Kent

Sevenoaks and Tunbridge Wells skew more residential, often larger detached properties with driveways, outbuildings and gardens to cover, plus professional offices and independent retail in the town centres.

East Kent

Canterbury, Ashford and Folkestone cover a broad mix: student and rental housing, hospitality and retail, logistics and distribution around the Channel routes, and coastal properties where weather exposure genuinely affects equipment choice.

How our coverage actually works

Kent is a big county and the work is not uniform across it. Coastal sites near Folkestone deal with salt and weather exposure that inland properties never see. The Medway towns and Ashford bring a lot of commercial and industrial work. West Kent skews towards larger domestic properties with outbuildings and long boundaries. We plan around what is in front of us rather than applying the same specification everywhere.

Domestic and commercial across the county

We work with homeowners, landlords and managing agents as well as shops, offices, workshops, warehouses and industrial units. For rental and managed property in particular, it is worth telling us up front — access arrangements and who holds the recordings both affect how a system should be set up.

If your town is not listed

The twelve pages above are the areas we are asked about most, not the limit of where we travel. Villages and smaller towns across Kent fall within our normal working area. Tell us the property postcode and we will confirm straight away, before you spend time on anything else.

What to have ready when you get in touch

  • The property postcode, and whether it is residential or commercial.
  • Roughly what you want covered — entrances, driveway, yard, till area, stock room.
  • Whether there is an existing system, and what it is doing wrong if so.
  • Anything awkward we should know about: height, access, listed building, shared boundaries.

None of it is essential. It just gets you a more useful answer on the first call.
