We are a small Kent security installer and we hire rarely — but we would always rather hear from a good engineer early than advertise in a hurry later.

The kind of people we look for

• CCTV, alarm or access control installation experience — or a strong electrical or data cabling background you want to move across from.
• Willingness to explain things to customers in plain English. A large part of this job is not technical.
• Care about the finish. Cable routes, fixings and making good matter to us.
• A full UK driving licence, since the work is mobile across Kent.
