The people who will actually turn up
Daniel Mercer
Founder
Trained as an electrical and communications technician before moving into CCTV and electronic security. Daniel started the business after repeatedly meeting customers who had been sold systems that did not suit their property. He handles most surveys and system design.
Jamie Collins
Installation engineer
Specialises in camera positioning, cable routes and fault finding. If a system is producing poor images or dropping cameras, Jamie is usually the one working out why.
Priya Shah
Security systems technician
Works across access control, alarm configuration and network-connected equipment — the parts of a security system that need configuring as well as fitting.
