Accessibility Statement
We want this site to be usable by everyone, including people using screen readers, keyboard navigation or magnification.
Last updated: 27 August 2026
Our target
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA.
What we have done
- Every page has a “skip to main content” link and a single, correctly ordered heading structure.
- The whole site can be operated with a keyboard, including the Services menu, which opens on focus as well as hover.
- Interactive elements show a clear focus outline.
- Text and background colour combinations have been measured against the WCAG AA contrast thresholds.
- Images that carry meaning have descriptive alternative text; images that are purely decorative are hidden from screen readers rather than described unnecessarily.
- Form fields have properly associated labels, hints and error messages, and errors are announced rather than only shown in colour.
- Page regions use landmarks (header, navigation, main, footer) so screen reader users can jump between them.
- The site respects the “reduce motion” setting in your operating system.
- Text can be resized and the layout reflows down to small screen widths without loss of content.
Known limitations
- Some third-party script used for call tracking is outside our control and we cannot guarantee its accessibility.
- We have tested with automated tooling and manual keyboard checks. We have not yet completed a full assisted-technology audit with users.
